Purchase a Partnership

If you are already a Partner and would like to renew your Partnership for another year, or if you have any questions, please call 435.797.2279.

After filling in and sending this form, we will phone you with your new partnership number, which will not be activated until we receive payment. You may pay for the partnership at that time with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover, or we will email you an invoice for you to mail us your payment.

Once you are a Partner (Standard or Flexible), you must still register for each seminar you wish to attend. Click here to Register.

STANDARD PARTNERSHIP
Good for 1 year from date of purchase. One seat at each seminar. Extra attendees will cost
$125/seminar day. There is not a surcharge to attend the Operational Excellence seminar.

Flexible Partnership:
FLEXIBLE PARTNERSHIP
Good for 1 year from date of purchase. Can use in any combination of people or seminar days. There is a $50 per day surcharge for attendees of the Operational Excellence seminar. Extra attendees will cost:

6 day Flexible Partnership - $160/seminar day per person
12 day Flexible Partnership - $150/seminar day per person
20 day Flexible Partnership - $140/seminar day per person
