When you arrive at the USU campus, you can park in the Parking Terrace. Come to the Eccles Conference Center to register, receive your name badge and daybook (a spiral notebook with seminar material that includes the speaker slides, contact information, speaker biographies, and plenty of space for taking notes), and a parking pass if needed.

Registration begins at 7:30 AM and includes a continental breakfast you can enjoy while you mix and mingle.

The seminar keynote presentation begins at 8:30 AM in the auditorium directly behind the registration desk.

Lunch is included and begins around noon or 12:30 in the Taggart Student Center ballroom.

The seminar concludes at 5:00 PM (generally).

Afterwards, stay for a few minutes and enjoy a taste of our delicious Aggie Ice Cream, and further mix and mingle with other attendees.

Between speakers there is generally about 15 minutes to get from one speaker to the next, with Breakout Sessions interspersed throughout the day. The Breakout Sessions often give you a choice of three speakers to listen to, and the same speakers who spoke in the morning breakout repeat their presentations in the afternoon Breakout Session.

On occasion, rather than Breakout Sessions, we may have a panel discussion.

As always, this general outline of the day is subject to change according to the number of speakers we have and the general outline of that particular seminar.
