Mr. Taub spent 6 ½ years as a professional accounting fellow, deputy chief accountant, and acting chief accountant at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Joel Van Cott is an audit partner in the Salt Lake City office of Deloitte and has over 12 years of public accounting experience. Joel's areas of expertise include fair value measurements, valuation of illiquid securities, accounting for asset-backed securities, allowance for loan and lease losses, business combinations, and revenue recognition.
